Built campaign toolkits, template frameworks, and brand guidelines that let a team of 9+ produce at high volume without losing quality. Concepts presented directly to senior leadership at every major campaign.
Campaign output increased 40% year over year. Every core team member remained through five years. Five were promoted. The creative systems are still in use across the organization.
